Wednesday, Oct. 10: We practiced translating from Latin to English with our bellwork. Finished checking ex. A, p. 92 & B, p. 87. Homework: ex. C, p. 92
Thursday, October 12:
We learned one of Latin's most common past tenses: perfect tense. The verb stem we have used before (now called the Present Verb Stem--drop -re from infinitive) is not used for this tense. The Perfect Verb Stem is needed. Form it by dropping the -i from any 3rd principal part.
Perfect stem: vid-
All verbs form their perfect stem and add the same endings, no matter whether they are 1st or 2nd conjugation.

Friday, October 13:
Roman History final test #4 took up most of the period which was shortented due to the pep rally.
